Field with Neowise

Hi guys!

Today I'd like to present to you a composed image I tried to achieve. First I tried to do some star trails for the sky and include the comet. In the processed image Neowise didn't look good so I managed to get rid of him and took him in the place where he was. I struggled a bit with the foreground. In that area it was the only option I had.

Star Trails: 150 images, Field: 1 image, Comet: 1 image

I'm really looking forward to read your opinions!

Stunning looking shot @staum!  The blending looks great and the foreground looks good to me.

This is gorgeous, I particularly like the foreground.  How did you process the field?  Maybe dodging?

@mariad

Thats true, a simple dodging and burning process. 🙂

@mike-singh Hi, Thank you!

First I have done the star trails and masked out neowise because it was just a mess. After I copied it in and tried to recover the area aound the comet. Afterwards I placed the comet where he was before. It was a lot of work.

At that time I was so excited and tried a difficult shot. 🙂

A really good picture where we can see movement in the star and neowise.

And a good job in PS.

Danish landscape photographer.

Shoot with Pentax.
